Entries are now being taken for the 2018 All Australian Photographic Competition and the National Production Challenge.
Entries must be sent on an official entry form with the entry fees included.
Only 1 photo per animal may be entered.
Please Note: ALL ANIMALS ENTERED MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO ENTRY. ANY ANIMALS NOT REGISTERED WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM EITHER COMPETITION.

Ayrshire Breeders from SA & Vic catalogued another high quality line of young cows and heifers for the longest running Dairy Sale in Victoria.
Sale top of $3100 was paid for the in milk heifer Ben-E-Geez Braddocks Beautiful who had won the Intermediate Champion of the Fanfare Sale the day prior, she sold a/c Ben Hentschke of SA selling to Matt Seeliger of Glencoe.
Next top price of $2,700 was paid by Wallis and Liebich for the smart heifer Enterprise HB Lorna of all Rockvale breeding, she sold a/c M & L Hentschke.
Third high of $2500 was reached twice when the Reserve Intermediate Champion Enterprise Free Beer Cindy sold to W & A Macadam of Merrigum and Geelunga Admiral Faith sold a/c Greg Edmonds to Ferguson Farms of Toolamba.
Top selling unjoined heifer was the very correct 6 month Boldview Gentle Mist backed by generations of VG dams selling to J Dillon of Waaia.
The 6 month old bull Beardrock Joyces Famous Affair a son of the 2017 & 2018 Champion Cow of IDW sold to W & A Macadam for $2250.
A large quantity of Burdette semen sold to $70 per straw.

On Sunday May 6th 2018 at 10am, the Ayrshire Fanfare Show, is being held in conjunction with the 37th Annual Ayrshire Fanfare Sale, which is to be held at 11am on Monday May 7th 2018.
The Show will commence at 10.00am.
Show Entry is open to any Ayrshire, Registered in the Full Herd Book with a minimum 87.5% Ayrshire Blood.
Show entries close THURSDAY April 26th 2018
Show Entry fees are $20 per entry, includes bedding (show only animals).
**ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID WITH ENTRIES
Classes 13 – 16 are free entry – entries in class 13 & 14 are to be entered in their eligible age class prior.
To help with catering, can all exhibitors please fill out the following catering form and indicate what meals they will be in attendance for before and during the Fanfare Show and Sale.
The Fanfare Dinner will be held on Sunday May 6th at 7pm at Madden’s Commercial Hotel, Camperdown.
